1 cup mayo
2 cups sour cream
1 pkg knorr vegetable or leek soupmix
1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 large round sour dough or pumpernickel bread loaf, optional

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread. Stir well. Carefully scoop out large hollow through top of bread loaf, fill with dip mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut bread from center into cubes and serve with dip.

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise will give your dip the best flavor.
