KIELBASA STIR FRY
For some reason, I was craving this one evening even though I had never had it before. I decided to try it and the family declared it a winner. I use Hillshire Farm's Turkey Polish Kielbasa, but I'm sure any kind will work.

Steps:
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add the onions and peppers and stir fry until tender.
- Add kielbasa and continue to stir fry until everything is golden and heated thoroughly, about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve over prepared long grain wild rice or couscous. (The garlic and/or Parmesan couscous varieties go especially well with it. My kids also like to add ketchup to theirs.).
EASY KIELBASA SKILLET DINNER
The house always smells awesome while this very tasty, filling meal is cooking. It makes kielbasa worth stocking up on when it goes on sale and uses basic/cheap ingredients overall. Vary the vegetables depending on what you have on hand. For example add/replace broccoli with a can of corn and/or peas, etc. If you like a little heat, sprinkle a little hot sauce on top after it's cooked. This should make about 4 servings, but it almost always turns out to be split into 2 large servings between the me and the boyfriend. We like to crisp up/brown the kielbasa slightly before adding the vegetables.

Tips:
- Choose the right kind of kielbasa: There are many different types of kielbasa available, so it's important to choose one that will work well in a stir-fry. A good option is a smoked kielbasa, which has a浓郁的风味that will stand up to the other ingredients in the dish.
- Slice the kielbasa thinly: This will help it to cook evenly and quickly.
- Use a variety of vegetables: The vegetables that you use in your stir-fry are up to you, but some good options include bell peppers, onions, broccoli, and carrots. You can also add other vegetables, such as mushrooms or snap peas.
- Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what will bring all of the flavors of the stir-fry together. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own. If you're making your own sauce, be sure to use a variety of spices and herbs to give it a complex flavor.
- Cook the stir-fry over high heat: This will help to caramelize the vegetables and give the kielbasa a nice crust.
- Serve the stir-fry immediately: Stir-fries are best served hot, so be sure to serve it immediately after it's cooked.
Conclusion:
Kielbasa and vegetable stir-fry is a quick, easy, and delicious meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It's also a great way to use up leftover kielbasa. With a little planning, you can have a delicious and healthy stir-fry on the table in no time.
