KIELBASA APPETIZERS
I got the idea to make these when we had a Hickory Farm store at our local mall. They had cheddy brauts that they would cook right in front of the store, mmm were they good. Well the store isn't there anymore and I missed them. One Holiday I bought the Kielbasa and thought hmm slice these and buy the Kraft sweet and sour sauce...

Steps:
- 1. Doesn't cost much to make these and so easy, the men will gobble em up in no time.
- 2. I just use a cast iron pan, spray with oil, slice your kielbasa in coin shapes, place in pre-heated medium heated pan, use a brush to apply the sweet and sour sauce on top of each one. Turn and brush the other side and wait til they are nicely browned . Your done. Serve on a platter with toothpicks available or stuck in each one.
- 3. The picture above was taken when I was just starting to cook them, you want them a little more browned than it shows in the picture.

Steps:
- 1. Take the kielbasa, cut into angled circles, about 1/4-1/2 inch thick, depending how you like them. Put into a skillet with apple juice. Fry. When you flip to the other side, you may need to add more apple juice. Serve warm with toothpicks.
- 2. Note: you could keep these in a crockpot, on REALLY low but I would put some apple juice in the bottom so it doesn't stick, and be prepared to add more if necessary.
