1 pound bulk pork sausage
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
Salt and pepper to taste
1 loaf (16 ounces) frozen bread dough, thawed
1 large egg white, lightly beaten

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the spinach, cheese, mustard, marjoram, salt and pepper. 1 pound sweet Italian fennel sausage, casings removed, broken into small pieces
3 large leeks, white and light-green parts only, sliced
1/2 medium butternut squash, peeled and diced
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 bunch kale, leaves trimmed and chopped
1 pound stale onion focaccia, cubed
1 large egg
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth or turkey stock
1 cup diced parmesan cheese, plus 1/4 cup shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 3-quart casserole dish.

1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup warm water (105°F-115°F)
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 -1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
8 ounces sausage, Crumbled
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg, Lightly Beaten
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 large egg, Lightly Beaten
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  • In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until it begins to foam, about 5-10 minutes.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
