3 cups potatoes, peeled and grated
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

2 1/2 cups potatoes, grated on medium grater
3 cups water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 potato, Boiled, Mashed
1 large egg, Beaten
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
vegetable oil, As Needed
