2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground paprika
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Steps:

Tips:

  • Trim the ribs and brisket. Remove any excess fat or silver skin from the ribs and brisket.
  • Make the rub ahead of time. This will allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Apply the rub generously to the ribs and brisket. Make sure to get it into all the nooks and crannies.
  • Cook the ribs and brisket low and slow. This will help them to become tender and flavorful.
  • Baste the ribs and brisket with sauce during the last hour of cooking. This will help to keep them moist and add a delicious glaze.
  • Let the ribs and brisket rest before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute and make them even more tender.

Kansas City BBQ Ribs & Brisket Rub is a delicious and versatile rub that can be used on a variety of meats. It is perfect for ribs, brisket, pork shoulder, and even chicken. The rub is made with a blend of spices that give it a smoky, sweet, and savory flavor.
