3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon sliced almonds, toasted
1 tablespoon sweetened shredded coconut, toasted

  • In a large saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat; cool for 10 minutes. Stir in coconut and vanilla.
