Steps:
- 1. flour stew meat and brown in hot oil and put in crock pot. dice all chilis add one cup water all chilis and all seasonings. bring to boil on high setting stir and turn to low.
- 2. cook 6 to 8 hours. turn to warm and put stewed tomatos and beans in pot on stove heat to boil then simmer 20 minutes.
- 3. when stew meat is fork tender add beans and tomatos heat on high to boil then stir and turn to low.
- 4. normally would put soaked beans and cook with meat, but easier and tasty to cook your meat and taste then just add canned beans fix this to your liking!
