16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
12 oz original spam grated on big holes of cheese grater
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp medium heat salsa of your choice
1 dash(es) cayenne pepper
1 1/4 c red and yellow bell peppers, chopped small
1/2 c chopped celery chopped small
3/4 c thinly sliced green onion/scallion
4 Tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1 box ritz crackers, wheat thins or triscut crackers
assorted cut vegetables for dipping

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, grated SPAM®, Worcestershire sauce, salsa, and cayenne pepper. Beat on medium speed until it is smooth. Stir in your bell pepper, celery, onion and cilantro and a healthy dash of Tabasco®.
  • 2. Cover and chill for 1 hour to blend all of those yummy flavors.
  • 3. Serve with your favorite Ritz® crackers for spreading and veggie's for dippin'.
