Tips:
- For the best results, use unsalted butter and bring it to room temperature before creaming it with the sugar.
- If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of regular milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using.
- Be sure to chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before rolling and cutting it out. This will help the cookies hold their shape while baking.
- Use a sharp knife or cookie cutter to cut out the cookies. This will help to prevent the dough from tearing.
- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven. This will help them to bake evenly.
- Let the cookies cool completely before decorating them. This will help the frosting to set properly.
Conclusion:
Jolly Snowman Cookies are a fun and festive treat that is perfect for the holiday season. They are easy to make and can be decorated in a variety of ways. With a little creativity, you can create your own unique snowmen that are sure to impress your friends and family.
