1 cup applesauce
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
½ teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 pound ground beef
flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
2 onions, thinly sliced
3 cups tomato juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
