JOHN ELWAY HAMBUGER SOUP
My son has season tickets to the Broncos and one year, the players wives published a cook book of recipes that their husbands made all the time for a fund raiser for charity. This was the one that came from John's wife back then. I'm sure he makes this today with prime cuts of beef that are not ground. (LOL)

Tips:
- Use high-quality ground beef for the best flavor. Try to find ground beef with at least 80% lean meat.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when browning the beef. This will prevent the beef from cooking evenly.
- Use a variety of vegetables in your soup. This will add flavor and nutrients.
- Simmer the soup for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Season the soup to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve the soup with a side of bread or crackers.
