Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients. Fresh jerk seasoning, pineapple, and pasta will give your dish the best flavor.
  • Don't be afraid to adjust the heat. If you like your food spicy, add more jerk seasoning. If you prefer a milder dish, use less.
  • Cook the pasta al dente. This means that the pasta should be cooked through but still have a slight bite to it.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the chicken. If you do, the chicken will steam instead of sear.
  • Let the chicken rest before slicing it. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat.
  • Serve the pasta immediately. This dish is best enjoyed hot.

Conclusion:

This jerk chicken pineapple pasta is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The jerk seasoning gives the chicken a flavorful crust, while the pineapple and mango salsa adds a sweet and tangy flavor. The pasta is cooked al dente and tossed with a creamy sauce.
