Tips:

  • Use fresh pineapple for the best flavor. Frozen pineapple can be used, but thaw it completely before using.
  • Drain the pineapple well before adding it to the pie filling. This will help prevent the pie from being too runny.
  • Be sure to use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture. Low-fat or non-fat cream cheese will not work well in this recipe.
  • Do not overbeat the cream cheese mixture. Overbeating can cause the mixture to become curdled.
  • Bake the pie until the center is set. The pie should not be jiggly in the center.
  • Let the pie cool completely before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld together.

Conclusion:

Jim's Pineapple Cheese Pie is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert. It is perfect for any occasion, and it is sure to be a hit with your friends and family. With its creamy filling, sweet pineapple, and buttery crust, this pie is a classic that will never go out of style.
