1 carrot, cut into matchstick julienne
1 red bell pepper, cut into matchstick julienne
½ large jicama, peeled and cut into matchstick julienne
1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
1 teaspoon lime zest

Steps:
