Tips:

- Use fresh yeast for the best results. If you're using active dry yeast, proof it in warm water with a pinch of sugar before adding it to the dough. - Be patient when kneading the dough. It will take some time for it to come together and become smooth. - Don't overfill the cupcake tins. The doughnuts will rise and expand during baking. - Bake the doughnuts until they're golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. - Allow the doughnuts to cool completely before filling them. - For the jelly filling, use your favorite flavor of jelly or preserves. - If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a plastic bag with the corner snipped off to fill the doughnuts. - Dust the doughnuts with powdered sugar before serving.

Conclusion:

These jelly doughnut cupcakes are a delicious and festive treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're easy to make and can be customized with your favorite flavors of jelly or preserves. So next time you're looking for a sweet and satisfying snack, give these jelly doughnut cupcakes a try!
