JELLO OREO PUDDING PIE
I got it from a booklet a couple of years ago. I could not find the 1.oz oreo pudding. I could only find 4oz boxes. The directions to make a pie calls for 2 boxes and only 1 3/4 - 2 1/2 cups milk. The less milk will give the pie more thickness. I could not find a oreo crust when I made my pie so I made a homemade oreo crust. I spread the remaining cool whip over the oreo pie filling then I crusted a few oreos and sprinkled them over top of the cool whip. Then I halved 5 oreo's and decorated it like a pie bought from the store. M family thinks this is a yummy rich pie.

Steps:
- 1. Blend pudding with corn syrup. Gradually add milk and egg. Stir to blend. Add chopped pecans and stir and pour into the pie shell or tarts. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes until top is firm or just begins to crack
- 2. Cool then serve with vanilla ice cream
Tips:
- Chill thoroughly: For the best texture, chill the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Use a 9-inch pie plate: This recipe is for a 9-inch pie. If you use a different size pie plate, you may need to adjust the amount of ingredients.
- Don't overbeat the pudding: Overbeating the pudding will make it tough. Stir just until the pudding is thickened.
- Use ripe fruit: Ripe fruit will give your pie the best flavor. If you're using frozen fruit, be sure to thaw it completely before using.
- Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream: Whipped cream or ice cream is a delicious way to top off your pie. You can also add a sprinkle of chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
Conclusion:
This Jello pudding pie is an easy and delicious dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It's made with a creamy pudding filling, a flaky crust, and a layer of fresh fruit. The pie is then chilled until set, and served with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.
