2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup ice water, as needed
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup rum
1 (21-ounce) can prepared apple pie filling
1 (3-ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin (1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons prepared vanilla icing, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

1 tablespoon lime juice
1 egg, beaten

Steps:

  • Remove dough from refrigerator onto a lightly floured work surface. Divide into four equal portions. Shape each into a ball, then flatten to form disks. Roll one disk out to a rough 6 inch circle by rolling out from center, lifting and turning dough, and occasionally flipping to prevent sticking. Flour board as necessary. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment or plastic wrap and place another sheet of parchment or wrap on top. Roll out second ball of dough in same manner. Repeat with remaining dough.
