1 (11-ounce) container Price*s Southern Style Pimiento Cheese Spread

1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
8 ounces cheese, shredded
4 potatoes, peeled, diced
1 onion, diced
14 ounces pimientos, jar can use less

  • heat butter and flour and seasoning.
  • add milk.
  • stir until thickened.
  • add cheese.

  • in buttered casserole.

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices (about 2 large)

Steps:

  • Prehat grill for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, ginger, and 1 Tbsp of the butter; mix well.
