- Preheat a large nonstick skillet, indoor grill pan or tabletop grill to medium high heat. Combine the turkey, garlic, scallions, ginger, thyme, allspice, nutmeg, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. - water; let stand 20 minutes or until the water is completely absorbed.
- Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet, heat the oil over low heat.
- Add the bell pepper, garlic and spices.
- Saute until the red pepper is slightly softened, about 1-2 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Prepare the grill.
