JALAPENO PEPPER COOKIES
I know, I know, I thought the same thing when my mom told me we were having them Christmas Eve. I WAS WRONG!!!! THESE THINGS ARE FANTASTIC!!! She did cut the jalepenos to one. My wife doesn't like jalepenos or hot things-LOVED THESE!!! Really, give them a try. They also keep in the freezer-how convenient! I served the second half at my house 2 days later.

Tips:
- Choose the right type of jalapeño pepper: For this recipe, it is best to use fresh jalapeño peppers that are medium-sized and have a deep green color. Avoid using peppers that are too large or have blemishes.
- Wear gloves when handling jalapeño peppers: The capsaicin in jalapeño peppers can irritate your skin, so it is important to wear gloves when handling them. If you do not have gloves, you can use a plastic bag to cover your hands.
- Remove the seeds and ribs from the jalapeño peppers: This will help to reduce the heat of the peppers. To do this, cut the peppers in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scrape out the seeds and ribs.
- Use a food processor to chop the jalapeño peppers: This will help to ensure that the peppers are evenly chopped.
- Add the jalapeño peppers to the cookie dough at the end of the mixing process: This will help to prevent the peppers from overcooking and becoming too spicy.
- Bake the cookies until they are golden brown: This will ensure that the cookies are cooked through.
- Let the cookies cool completely before serving: This will help the flavors to develop.
Conclusion:
Jalapeño pepper cookies are a delicious and unique treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. If you are looking for a new and exciting cookie recipe, give these jalapeño pepper cookies a try. You won't be disappointed!
