  • Preheat your oven's broiler.

3 garlic cloves, minced, divided
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 large sweet red peppers, chopped

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

1/3 cup red onion, chopped
1 bunch fresh basil
