  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all the ingredients and equipment you need. This will help you stay organized and prevent any scrambling.
  • Use fresh herbs: Fresh herbs add a lot of flavor to this dish, so be sure to use them if you can. If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs, but be sure to use half the amount.
  • Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken is a delicate meat, so it's important not to overcook it. Otherwise, it will become dry and tough.
  • Use a good quality pasta: The pasta is an important part of this dish, so be sure to use a good quality pasta. Whole wheat pasta or penne pasta are both good choices.
  • Season the pasta water: When you're cooking the pasta, be sure to season the water with salt. This will help the pasta to have more flavor.
  • Reserve some pasta water: When you drain the pasta, be sure to reserve some of the pasta water. You can use this to thin out the sauce if it's too thick.
