- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Beat in water and oil until blended. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough., Turn onto a floured surface; knead for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. , Punch dough down; place on a greased 12-in. pizza pan and pat into a 12-in. circle. Brush with salad dressing. - On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 12-in. square. In a small bowl, mix butter, Italian seasoning and garlic; spread over dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over butter mixture. Fold dough in thirds over filling; pinch seams to seal., Cut crosswise into twenty-four 1/2-in.-wide strips. MOM'S ITALIAN CHEESE BREAD RING
Steps:
- Generously grease 12-cup fluted tube or 10-in tube pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. In a large bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast; blend well. In a small saucepan, heat water, milk and 1/2 cup butter until very warm (120-130 degrees). Add warm liquid and eggs to flour mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, stir in remaining flour to form stiff batter. In a small bowl, combine all filling ingredients; mix well. Spoon half of batter into prepared pan; spoon filling evenly over batter to within 1/2 inch of the sides of the pan. Spoon remianing batter over filling. Cover; let rise in a warm place until light and doubled in size about 30 minutes. Heat over to 350 degrees. Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown and bread sounds hollow when lightly tapped. Remove from pan immediately; serve warm or cool.

- In a warm oven, let dough rise until double.
- Combine cheeses and pepper and set mixture aside.
- Roll dough into a 10 x 16 inch square.
- Spread melted butter over entire surface of the dough square.
- Sprinkle the cheese/pepper mixture over prepared dough and roll up beginning at the 16 inch side.
- Fold ends under and place on greased cookie sheet with seam side down.
- With a sharp knife cut about 3-4 slants diagonally across the top.
- Plcae in a warm oven and let rise until double again.
- Heat oven to 375°F and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and loaf sounds hollow when tapped.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Grease 9×13 glass baking dish with butter
- Press the dough into the pan
- Spread the softened butter over the top of the dough
- Spoon the minced garlic evenly over the top of the butter to make the garlic butter topping.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top
- Cover with tin foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove tin foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
