1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon table salt

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, whites and yolks divided
2 large lemons, zested and juiced
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups

  • 1.To make the crust, place the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and melt it. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. 2.Pour in the melted butter and pull everything together with a wooden spoon or silicon spatula.
