4 (1-inch thick) pork chops
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 ½ cups vegetable broth
¼ cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Season pork chops with garlic powder, seasoned salt, oregano, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select Saute function. Melt butter in the hot pot. Add pork chops, working in two batches if necessary, and sear until crispy and brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove the chops to a plate. 8 oz mushrooms, thinly sliced (3 cups)
1 cup sliced yellow onions
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 (3/4-inch thick) bone-in pork loin chops (1 3/4 lb)
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pouch (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ roasted garlic mashed potatoes, prepared as directed on pouch
1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley

Steps:

  • On 6-quart Instant Pot®, select SAUTE; adjust to normal. Melt butter in insert. Add mushrooms, onions, thyme, pepper and salt; cook 11 to 13 minutes or until mushrooms are lightly browned and onions soften. Select CANCEL.
