dry rub seasonings, of your choice (1 TBS brown sugar, 1 tsp salt, paprika, garlic power, onion power, pepper cumin, etc)
3/4 cup beef broth
1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Steps:

  • Take your dry rub and massage it into the ribs on all sides.
  • Add beef broth to the bottom of your instant pot.

1/2 cup BBQ seasoning
1 1/2 cups apple juice
1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup BBQ sauce

Steps:

  • Rub all sides of the ribs with BBQ seasoning; set aside.
  • Place apple juice, liquid smoke and vinegar in the bottom of the Instant Pot insert and place trivet in the bottom.
