Time 15m

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 c powdered chocolate millk mix
3/4 c powdered non-dairy creamer
1/2 c instant coffee granules
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • 1. In medium bowl combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container.
  • 2. TO SERVE: Place 1 heaping Tbs. mix in a cup or mug. Add 1 cup boiling water & stir.

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality instant coffee: The quality of your instant coffee will greatly impact the taste of your cappuccino. Look for a brand that uses Arabica beans and has a rich, full flavor.
  • Use fresh milk: Fresh milk will produce a creamier, more flavorful cappuccino than powdered or UHT milk.
  • Heat the milk properly: The milk should be heated until it is just below boiling, but not boiling. This will help to create a smooth, frothy texture.
  • Froth the milk correctly: There are several ways to froth milk, but the most common is to use a milk frother. If you don't have a milk frother, you can also froth the milk by whisking it vigorously in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the instant coffee and sugar to taste: Once the milk is frothed, add the instant coffee and sugar to taste. Stir until the coffee is dissolved.
  • Top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon: For a finishing touch, sprinkle a little cocoa powder or cinnamon on top of your cappuccino.
