1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
½ cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound lean ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

Steps:

  • In a medium pot cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well.
  • Cook spinach according to package directions.

1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 (16 ounce) can pasta sauce with mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (7 ounce) package shell pasta or 1 (7 ounce) package elbow macaroni noodles, cooked
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup salad oil

Steps:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 c onion
1 clove of garlic minced
1 10oz package of frozen chopped spinach
1 lb can of spaghetti-sauce with mushrooms
8 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
7 oz package elbow macaroni shells cooked and drained
1 c shredded sharp cheese or as much as you like. we love cheese
1/2 c italian bread crumbs
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 c salad oil

Steps:

  • 1. Brown 1st 3 ingredients in large skillet. Cook spinach using package directions. Drain , reserving liquid. add water to make 1 cup. Add spinach liquid and next five ingrdients to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach with macaroni and remaining ingredients: spread in 13 x 9 in backing dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 1 pound lean ground beef
