Tips:

  • Use fresh spinach. Fresh spinach has a more vibrant flavor and color than frozen spinach. If you're using frozen spinach, be sure to thaw it and squeeze out all of the excess water before using it.
  • Don't overcook the spinach. Overcooked spinach will be mushy and lose its flavor. Cook it just until it's wilted, about 2 minutes.
  • Use a good quality Parmesan cheese. The Parmesan cheese is one of the main flavor components of this pie, so it's important to use a good quality cheese. Look for a Parmesan cheese that is aged for at least 12 months.
  • Don't overmix the filling. Overmixing the filling will make the pie tough. Stir the ingredients together just until they are combined.
  • Bake the pie until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set. The pie is done baking when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Conclusion:

This spinach parmesan pie is an easy and delicious dish that is perfect for any occasion. It's a great way to use up leftover spinach, and it's also a healthy and satisfying meal. Serve it with a side salad or soup for a complete meal.
