Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients prepped and measured. This will help you stay organized and avoid any scrambling during the cooking process.
  • Use a large skillet: This will give you plenty of room to cook the chicken and broccoli without overcrowding the pan.
  • Cook the chicken and broccoli in batches if necessary: If your skillet is not large enough to cook everything at once, cook the chicken and broccoli in batches. Just be sure to add more oil to the pan between batches.
  • Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken is a lean protein, so it can easily become dry if it is overcooked. Cook the chicken until it is just cooked through, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken reads 165 degrees F.
  • Use a good quality Alfredo sauce: The Alfredo sauce is one of the key ingredients in this pie, so it's important to use a good quality sauce. You can either make your own Alfredo sauce or use a store-bought sauce.
  • Don't overfill the pie crust: When you're filling the pie crust, be sure not to overfill it. Otherwise, the pie will be difficult to close and the filling may spill out.
  • Bake the pie until the crust is golden brown: Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

Conclusion:

This impossibly easy chicken and broccoli pie is a delicious and satisfying meal that is perfect for a crowd. It's easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. Whether you're serving it for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion, this pie is sure to be a hit.
