CHEESY BROCCOLI PIE

Cheesy Broccoli Pie image

Tips:

  • Prep your veggies: Before you start cooking, wash and chop your broccoli and red peppers into bite-sized pieces. This will save you time and ensure that your veggies cook evenly.
  • Use a good quality olive oil: Olive oil is a key ingredient in this recipe, so make sure you use a good quality one. Extra virgin olive oil is the best choice, as it has a rich flavor and plenty of health benefits.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When you're cooking the veggies, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent them from cooking evenly and will make them more likely to steam rather than sauté.
  • Season your veggies: Be sure to season your veggies with salt and pepper before you cook them. This will help to bring out their flavor.
  • Use a store-bought pie crust: To save time, you can use a store-bought pie crust instead of making your own. Just be sure to choose a good quality crust that's made with real butter.
  • Don't overbake the pie: The pie is done baking when the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. If you overbake it, the crust will become dry and the filling will be overcooked.

Conclusion:

This impossibly easy broccoli and red pepper pie is a delicious and satisfying meal that's perfect for a weeknight dinner. It's packed with veggies, so it's a healthy choice too. Plus, it's easy to make, so even beginner cooks can make it. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give this pie a try. You won't be disappointed!
