2 cups cut-up cooked turkey or 2 cups chicken
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 cup leftover prepared stuffing
4 medium green onions, thinly sliced (1/4 cup)
1/2 cup cooked green peas
1/2 cup original Bisquick baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
turkey gravy, heated, if desired

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Spread turkey in pie plate; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Separate stuffing into small pieces; arrange on turkey. top with onions and peas.

1 c chopped celery
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried sage leaves or 3/4 teas. ground sage
3/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/4 c milk
3 large eggs
1 c bisquick baking mix

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400^. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in the pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high for 1 minute or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. --- Note: If I have any dressing left on Thanksgiving I will mix 1 1/2 cup of it with the turkey and omit the above celery and onion and seasonings. 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 cup frozen peas
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 jar (12 ounces) turkey gravy
5 slices process American cheese, cut into strips
