- In a large bowl, mix apples, cinnamon and nutmeg together; turn mixture into pan. In a separate bowl, beat sugar, milk, 1/2 cup biscuit mix, eggs and butter until smooth. Pour over apples.
- To Make Streusel: In a small bowl, stir together 1 cup biscuit mix, nuts, brown sugar and butter; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle streusel over top of pie.
- Bake in preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes; bake until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.

- 1. Cook up in Ninja or oven.
- 2. Stir your apples, sugar & cinnamon in a bowl. Spray the multi purpose pan (7 by 9 1/2 inches) with cooking spray and pour in the apples. Evenly distribute them in pan.
- 3. Batter mixture: Stir 2/3 cup of baking mix, milk, Frangelico & beaten eggs into a bowl and then pour over the apples.
- 4. Now for the walnut streusel topping: Stir butter, brown sugar, remaining baking mix & chopped walnuts into bowl. Spoon or crumble over the batter mixture. Sprinkle the remaining 2 tsp of cinnamon over the top.
- 5. Place roasting rack into pot & place your multi-purpose pan down inside. Set OVEN to 400 degrees for 55 minutes, cover and cook until the top springs back when lightly touched.
- 6. Remove pan from Ninja and set on rack to cool. Cut while still warm and serve with some French vanilla ice cream for a real yummy treat.
