¾ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup butter, softened
¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
⅓ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 ½ cups cinnamon chips
1 ½ cups cinnamon candies (such as Red Hots®)

Steps:

1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 cups flour, all-purpose
1/2 cup sugar
