ICING:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
4-1/2 teaspoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

1/2 cup raisins
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon warm water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

  • Heat oven to 450°F. In medium bowl, stir all biscuit ingredients just until soft dough forms.
