- Whisk cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. sugar in a large bowl. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat 4 Tbsp. butter and remaining 1/2 cup sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on medium-high speed until pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
