BANANA SALAD DRESSING

Banana Salad Dressing image

This is so good! If you like bananas you'll love this! This is such a great dressing for bananas! I've even tossed in some mini-chocolate morsles. Add what you like to this to make it your own dressing. That's the fun of cooking! This was on the internet. You could use Splenda rather than the sugar, or certainly reduce the akount of sugar, as the bananas will lend their sweetness. The ingredients are guestimated, as the original recipe gave no amounts.

Tips for Making the Best I Go Banana Nuts Salad Dressing

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your dressing will be.
  • Don't over-process the dressing: A few pulses in a food processor or blender is all you need to combine the ingredients. Over-processing will make the dressing too thick and pasty.
  • Taste the dressing before serving and adjust the seasonings as needed: You may want to add more salt, pepper, or honey to taste.
  • Serve the dressing immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days: The dressing will thicken as it sits, so you may need to thin it out with a little water or milk before serving.

Conclusion

This I Go Banana Nuts Salad Dressing is a delicious and easy way to add flavor to your favorite salads. It's also a great way to use up ripe bananas. The dressing is made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand, and it can be made in just a few minutes. So next time you're looking for a healthy and flavorful salad dressing, give this I Go Banana Nuts Salad Dressing a try.
