1 lb sausage, ground
2 c stuffing mix, chicken, dry
2 c milk, 2%
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c red bell pepper, chopped
6 eggs
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
cooking spray

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (F) and spray a baking dish (9x13) with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • 2. In a skillet, cook and crumble sausage over med heat. Drain. Set aside.
  • 3. In a large bowl, add stuffing, milk, sausage, onion and bell pepper. Mix well.
  • 4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and pour over the sausage mixture, followed by the cheddar cheese and stir together until well combined.
  • 5. Pour everything into the prepared baking dish and bake, uncovered for 45 minutes, or until set and the color is nice and browned. Cover if the edges are getting too dark before end cook time.

2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
4 clove garlic minced
16 oz can baked beans
1 c bbq sauce
1 can(s) refrigerator biscuits
2 c shredded cheddar jack cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Brown the ground beef in a large pan with the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2. Stir in the beans BBQ sauce and half the cheese. Place in sprayed baking pan.
  • 3. Place the biscuits around the edges of the casserole. Place the remaining cheese in the middle of the biscuits. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes

4 onion buns crumbled
2 Tbsp butter
3/4 c brown sugar
1 medium red onion diced
2 lb ground beef
8 slice cooked bacon strips chopped
1 jar(s) roasted garlic alfredo sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
2 c shredded gruyere cheese
1 bag(s) frozen extra crispy french fries
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray. Add the crumbled onion rolls.
  • 2. In a medium skillet melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar and red onion. Caramelize it for 6 minutes and set aside.
  • 3. In a large skillet cook the ground beef until done. Drain and add the onions, bacon, alfredo sauce and garlic powder. Simmer for 1 minutes.
  • 4. Pour half the meat mixture over the buns in baking pan. Top with the shredded Gruyere cheese and half the fries. Top with the rest of the meat mixture then the rest of the fries. Top with cheddar cheese.
  • 5. Bake for 30 minutes.
