Steps:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender, and then blend with 3 ice cubes.
- One at a time, add more ice cubes and then resume blending, until your ideal consistency is reached. (I like my shakes pretty thick, so I end up using about 5 - 7 cubes in total.)
- Then pour your shake into a glass, and top it off with the Reddi-wip!

- In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing with hot sauce. In another small bowl, mix avocado with chili powder, ground cumin, and garlic powder.
- Lay tortilla flat and spread avocado mixture on one half of the upward-facing side. Evenly top avocado with 2 tablespoons cheese, followed by the chicken, bacon, and cooked veggies. Top with ranch mixture and remaining 2 tablespoons cheese.

WEIGHT WATCHERS 0 PT CARROT CAKE
I want my cake and I want to eat it too. AND I can. The idea came from the Hungry Girl website. I could not find her exact recipe so this is what I came up with. Now the cake does not rise up like normal cakes do. But, the flavor and moistness is awesome. It has the texture of a bread pudding, I did make a light sour cream glaze with pecans for the top and that added 2 points if you use the whole amount I usually only use half so I figure one point. Will list that recipe also.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spray 9x13-inch cake pan to grease.
- Fill cake pan. Smooth top as best as possible.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. (I checked mine at 10 and then again at 15. It was almost done then. So left for another 5 total 20 minutes).
Tips:
- This recipe is for a single serving, so adjust the ingredients accordingly if you want to make more shakes.
- You can use any type of milk you like in this recipe, but skim or 1% milk will keep the shake lighter in calories.
- If you don't have protein powder, you can use 1/4 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt instead.
- Be sure to use frozen bananas for this recipe, as they will help to thicken the shake and make it more like a milkshake.
- If you like your shakes extra thick, you can add a scoop of ice to the blender.
- Top your shake with whipped cream, a sprinkle of Captain Crunch cereal, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup for an extra special treat.
Conclusion:
This Hungry Girl Cravin' Captain Crunch Shake is a delicious and satisfying way to satisfy your sweet tooth without derailing your diet. With only 3 Weight Watchers points per serving, this shake is a great option for a quick and easy breakfast, lunch, or snack. So next time you're craving something sweet, reach for this shake instead of a sugary snack. You won't be disappointed!
