Number Of Ingredients 7

4-6 boneless pork chops
flour
salt and pepper
paprika
1 small onion
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bag. Place pork chops in bag of flour mixture, and shake to cover.
  • 3. Dip chops in olive oil and place in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 4. Chop onion and mix with Can of cream of mushroom soup. Spoon over chops and bake another 15-20 minutes.

Tips:

  • To ensure the pork chops are cooked evenly, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The chops should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • If you don't have a meat thermometer, you can check the doneness of the pork chops by cutting into one of them. The meat should be cooked through, with no pink in the center.
  • To add more flavor to the pork chops, you can marinate them in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, paprika, and salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  • If you want a crispier crust on the pork chops, pan-fry them over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side before transferring them to the oven.
  • Serve the pork chops with a variety of sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad.

Conclusion:

Hungarian pork chops are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for any occasion. The pork chops are juicy and flavorful, with a crispy crust and a tender interior. The paprika-based sauce adds a rich and smoky flavor to the chops, and the onions and mushrooms add a savory and umami element. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
