1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 package (32 ounces) frozen Tater Tots

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the chili, tomato sauce, olives and chilies. Transfer to two greased 8-in. square baking dishes. 3 cans (5 ounces each) evaporated milk
1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
1 cup shredded provolone cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Cook bacon in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until crispy on both sides, about 10 minutes. Place on a paper towel-lined plate and set aside, keeping the bacon grease in the skillet.
