Tips

- For the best results, use high-quality roast beef. Look for a roast that is well-marbled and has a deep red color. - If you don't have time to roast a roast beef, you can use deli roast beef instead. Just be sure to choose a roast beef that is thinly sliced. - To make the horseradish sauce, use fresh horseradish root. Grated horseradish root is available in most grocery stores. - If you don't have any horseradish root, you can use prepared horseradish sauce instead. Just be sure to choose a sauce that is not too spicy. - To make the sandwich, use a sturdy bread that can hold up to the roast beef and horseradish sauce. A good option is a crusty French bread or a sourdough bread. - Be sure to butter the bread before grilling it. This will help to prevent the bread from burning. - Grill the sandwich until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. - Serve the sandwich immediately, while it is still hot. ###
