1 1/2 cups honey
1 cup ketchup
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon curry
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
  • bring to boil on hi heat.
  • reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
  • good on all meats.

If you love cheese, you will love these! I guessed on the serving size, as it depends on how big you cut the squares.

1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated
1 (4 ounce) can jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 eggs
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup flour
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  • Layer cheese and jalapenos in pan.
  • Mix well the eggs, evaporated milk, and flour in a small bowl.
  • Pour liquid mixture evenly over the top of cheese/jalapeno layer.
