Hot Ham and Cheese Crescents image

We are not a swiss cheese family, so I used double the cheddar, or mix mild and sharp. The poppy seeds are optional.

16oz ham, chopped
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c shredded swich cheese
8oz cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp onion powder
3 can(s) crescent rolls
1 Tbsp poppy seeds optional

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375. Mix together ham, cheddar, swiss, cream cheese, Dijon, worchestershire, brown surgar and onion powder.
  • 2. Separate crescent rolls into 24 triangles. Cut each triangle in half, forming triangles. Scoop one tablespoon of ham mixture on the long end of each triangle. Roll up crescents and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle tops with poppy seeds if desired.
  • 3. Bake 15-18 minutes.
