Tips:

  • Choose the right apples. Tart apples, such as Granny Smith or Braeburn, work best for this recipe. They hold their shape well and have a nice tart flavor that complements the sweetness of the cider and brandy.
  • Peel and core the apples before cooking. This will help to prevent the apples from becoming mushy and will also make them easier to eat.
  • Use a good quality cinnamon stick. A fresh cinnamon stick will impart the best flavor to your cider. Avoid using ground cinnamon, as it will not provide the same depth of flavor.
  • Simmer the cider for at least 30 minutes. This will allow the flavors of the apples, cinnamon, and brandy to meld together.
  • Serve the cider hot. This cider is best enjoyed when it is hot and steaming. You can garnish it with a cinnamon stick or a slice of apple.

Conclusion:

This hot cinnamon apple brandy cider is the perfect drink to warm you up on a cold fall or winter day. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. Whether you like your cider sweet or tart, this recipe is sure to please. So next time you are looking for a warm and comforting drink, give this hot cinnamon apple brandy cider a try.
