I originally got this from Allrecipes, but improved it by using whole wheat couscous and fruit bits(already chopped)and pecan pieces. The original called for slivered almonds, raisins and apricots. Healthy and delicious.

1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup dry couscous
1/3 cup fruit bits
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Bring to boil slowly.
  • Add the couscous.
  • Remove pan from heat.
  • Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
