This bean dip is sooooo good. It is easy to make and is always a hit. I make it for my Super Bowl party each year and it is always gone before half time!! Two cheeses and refried beans are baked with mild spices to create a creamy dip. Serve with tortilla chips.

HOT BEAN AND CHEESE DIP
I got this recipe out of an obscure magazine about 10 years ago, it was their featured "microwave" recipe. I became addicted to the darned stuff. Similar to refried bean dip recipes, but using canned whole beans instead- very hearty, I would feed this to a bunch of men watching some ridiculous sporting event, for instance :) I've been known to eat this for supper!

My hearty dip is extra smooth, thanks to the cream cheese and sour cream I add. It's easy to assemble ahead and then bake before serving. People keep dipping until the dish is empty.

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients. This will ensure that your dip is flavorful and delicious.
- Don't be afraid to experiment with different types of beans. Black beans, pinto beans, and kidney beans are all good options.
- Be sure to cook the beans thoroughly. This will help them to become soft and creamy.
- Use a good quality cheese. A sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese will give your dip a rich and cheesy flavor.
