FANTASTIC CHICKEN WINGS WITH HONEY-SOY GARLIC GLAZE
I have made these many times in the past for my parties and there is never any left everyone loves these and I always get asked for the recipe! If you are serving this for a get together I suggest to double the recipe to make 40 wings --- plan ahead the wings have to marinate for 24 hours, frozen thawed wings retain more moisture it is best to use fresh chicken for this --- make certain to have lots of napkins when you serve these!

Tips:
- Choose the right chicken wings: Look for plump, meaty wings with smooth, unbroken skin. Avoid wings that are bruised or have any discoloration.
- Marinate the chicken wings: Marinating the wings in a flavorful mixture of honey, soy sauce, and spices helps to tenderize and flavor them. Be sure to marinate the wings for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
- Cook the chicken wings properly: The best way to cook chicken wings is to bake them in a preheated oven. This helps to ensure that the wings are cooked through without drying out. Bake the wings for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the chicken wings with your favorite dipping sauce: Honey soy sauce is a classic dipping sauce for chicken wings, but you can also try other sauces such as ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or barbecue sauce.
