Tips:

  • Use fresh rosemary: Fresh rosemary has a more intense flavor than dried rosemary. If you don't have fresh rosemary, you can use 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
  • Don't overcrowd the baking sheet: Make sure to spread the snack mix out in a single layer on the baking sheet. If the snack mix is overcrowded, it will not cook evenly.
  • Use a variety of nuts and seeds: This recipe calls for almonds, pecans, and sunflower seeds. You can use other nuts and seeds, such as walnuts, pistachios, or pumpkin seeds.
  • Customize the sweetness: The amount of honey in this recipe is adjustable. If you like your snack mix sweeter, add more honey. If you prefer a less sweet snack mix, use less honey.
  • Store the snack mix in an airtight container: The snack mix will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container. You can store it at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Conclusion:

This honey rosemary snack mix is a delicious and easy-to-make snack. It is perfect for parties, picnics, or road trips. The snack mix is also a healthy snack option, as it is made with whole grains, nuts, and seeds.
